As a Digital Media Art Director I was responsible for authoring team processes, communicating to clients what, how and when we'd deliver on their requests. It was such a frontier time to be leading multimedia development and online development that there weren't any really good examples of how people were doing good WebDesignProcess. Since that day as a multimedia Art Director and web designer soooo much has changed. I was just reading about the Spotify team structures, the different mediums that have to develop in and the phenomenal growth they have had over the last 4 - 5 years.

I like to think that when we set up these revolutionary processes we were efficient and I know for sure before all the new 21 st century agile, lean or systems thinking buzz words we were all about innovative value for our customers.
